- Payment: Payment in full is required at booking. We accept all major credit cards & cash.
- Gratuity : Gratuity is appreciated but not required.
- Cancellations & Refunds: Refunds will be given if guests choose the option for “Peek Protection” when booking their tour.
Without “Peek Protections” no refunds will be given for cancellations. If tour guide (at their sole discretion) determines that the weather is too severe, then guests will be given an option to reschedule.
