What is included in the tour?
This is an walking tour. Titusville’s tour is primarily outside and Cocoa Village is outside.
How long is the tour?
1.5 – 2 hours total.
Is the tour suitable for children?
The 6:00 tour is suitable for all ages with parental discretion advised. We will be discussing content such as murders, ghosts, gangsters, magic and mummies. What should I wear/bring?
Comfortable walking shoes, Weather-appropriate clothing, Camera for photos, Poncho or umbrella if rain is expected and a bottle of water (with a lid). Don’t forget to use the restroom prior to the tour!
Do I need to book in advance?
Advance bookings are recommended to make sure you secure your spot, we have a minimum booking number therefore we require a 2 hour notice for our final headcount. If you would like to book on short notice, please call to see if there is availability.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations welcome with “Peek Protect” insurance up to 24 hours in advance.
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
No, while the first portion of the tour is accessible, the later portion requires climbing some stairs.
Will we see any ghosts?
The best possibility of seeing a ghost is if you have your camera ready. While we cannot guarantee that you will see a ghost, it’s definitely a possibility.
Can I take photos during the tour?
We encourage photography, but video is not permitted.
Is the tour scary?
Depends on your threshold for scary tales, we don’t have actors hired to jump scare you.
What happens if it rains?
We operate rain or shine. If the weather is too rough for our tour to operate, we will contact you and offer to reschedule.
How many people will be on the tour?
For Titusville we cap at 30 guests for the Family Ghost Tour and 21 guests for the Haunted History Tour. For Cocoa Village we cap at 30 guests for the Family Ghost Tour and 30 guests for the Haunted History Tour.
What are the Physical Requirements / Accessibility?
Our tours involve walking and standing for extended periods. Please wear comfortable shoes and consider your physical abilities when booking a tour. Most travelers can participate. The end of the Titusville tour will require climbing stairs.

We believe that all historic towns have colorful past, and we are ready to highlight it!
Do you have a smoking and drinking policy?
No Drinking, smoking or vaping is welcome during our tour.
Can I bring my dog on the tour?
For the comfort and safety of all guests, only fully trained ADA-recognized service dogs are permitted. Due to the nature of the tour, other animals cannot be accommodated. Thank you for understanding.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

- Refunds will be given if guests choose the option for “Peek Protection” when booking their tour.

- Without “Peek Protections” no refunds will be given for cancellations. If tour guide (at their sole discretion) determines that the weather is too severe, then guests will be given an option to reschedule.
