Gathered up the kiddos with our best friend and we joined Zach on his Cocoa Village Family tour last Saturday evening. Zach was charismatic, knowledgeable, friendly and excellent with all the kids. He resembled the Pied Piper at times, as all 10(ish) children on the tour were constantly clustered around him joking, asking questions, and sharing pictures. His paranormal knowledge of the area was extensive and impressive - he earned a feather in his fedora for being able to capture the quiet attention of that many kids under 12! While definitely “family friendly”, Zach kept the stories just twisted enough to also keep the parents engaged. We all really enjoyed the experience! If you’re looking for a different kind of (affordable) family fun in the area, I definitely recommend signing up to get spooked!

Super knowledge of history. I grew up in cocoa and did not know the history. A lot of research. I recommend it. Zach pointed out many events that are reported by occupants of many historic building and locations in Cocoa that are odd or can not be explained by present times reasoning.

Friday the 13th Ghost tour We had an awesome Friday the 13th ghost tour. In fact it was just my husband and me with Zach. I love the old house and church… Zach was so fun and knowledgeable…. We will be back and will definitely check out his tour in Cocoa Village soon.

We had a great time learning about cocoa villages history. Zach definitely did his research and has real time accounts of paranormal. Cant wait to go on the Titusville tour next. 100% recommend.

Historical! Amazing, very knowledgeable.

Night time in Titusville has a different feel. Very interesting formation about the city of Titusville and the “characters” around town. Zack is well knowledgeable.
